Job Description


Our client, a national membership organization in downtown Chicago, is in search of 3 freelance Creative Teams (Art Director and Copywriter) to come into its office and concept an integrated marketing campaign (digital/email marketing/direct mail/print). This campaign is a service the client is looking to target members who are currently not utilizing the service.  Campaign would involve Digital (email marketing), direct mail and print).  Client is looking for very creative ideas and is looking to bring in these teams to produce top agency work.

 

Location: On-site in downtown Chicago during business hours

Timeline: End of January/early Feb for about 3 days

Pay: Up to $55 per person for each team.

JOB IS ONSITE ONLY

Hours: M-F 9-5

Concept and present ideas for integrated marketing campaigns (could include digital, print and direct mail ideas)

Work with marketing managers to understand business objectives and audience demographics

4+ years of experience as a creative developing integrated campaigns in an agency setting

Work samples demonstrating the above for major accounts selling a service.

Experience analyzing business goals and developing strategically focused creative work

Experience presenting to and conducting meetings with senior-level client stakeholders

Creative teams who have worked together in the past preferred

Must have your own laptop

Assist with the operation of the pool, oversees the work of assigned lifeguards & monitors compliance with facility policies. Assists with scheduling of employees. Assists with the operation of the pool, its filtration system, water balance, pool chemistry and performs water tests. Under direction of the pool supervisor, employ safety rules for the protection of the guest. Responsible for life guarding guest in attendance at the assigned aquatic facility. Rescues swimmers and administers first aid as required. Responsible for assisting in the conduct of aquatic swimming and water survival training. Ensures maintaining pool and area is clean and free from any hazards. Provides information to swimmers regarding safety rules and procedures. Tactfully warns patrons who repeatedly disregard safety rules, and follow facility Standard Operating Procedures for disciplinary actions. Assist in coaching or preparing the competitive and non-competitive swimming programs as required.
About the Position: Continuous exposure to sun and prolonged periods of high temperature and humidity. In case of exposure to infectious disease, incumbent is required to obtain the Hepatitis B vaccination series within a 24-hour period. Incumbent is required to follow environmental safeguards and wear personal protective equipment.

May be assigned to irregular duties or when needed for special recreational events and related requirements. WORK HOURS MAY INVOLVE WEEKEND, WEEKDAYS, HOLIDAYS AND NIGHT DUTY.

Satisfactory completion of all required background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13 is required.
