Job Description:  GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for managing the bank's relationship with a sizable existing portfolio of bank customers throughout assigned marketing area. Responsible for the review and underwriting of credit requests and insuring appropriateness and satisfaction level of existing services provided. Responsible for developing revenue growth through generation of loans, deposits, cross-selling all applicable bank services to existing customer base, and to identify and solicit bank services to non-customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: I. Insure that relationships are managed to the highest profit potential for the Bank, cross-sell all applicable 5/3 products and services to an existing portfolio, and manage the sales process in assigned marketing area. Develop intimate knowledge of all customers and businesses. II. Develop profitable new business, credit and non-credit new business development within assigned territory, develop intimate knowledge of all prospect opportunities, meet or exceed call quota on a monthly basis. III. Underwrite credit requests and approve loans within established lending limits or make recommendations on loans that require higher approval authority. A. Monitor, on an ongoing basis, information concerning customer performance, abilities, and industry to determine that loan is an acceptable risk. B. Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and review to determine that a loan is an acceptable risk. C. Identifies acceptable credit opportunities that have the potential of leading to significant non-credit sales and enhance relationship profitability through those selling efforts. IV. Participate in various community affairs and projects to promote the image of the Bank and further develop new business opportunities. V. Meet or exceed goals stated in Compensation Plan document. Summary:
 
The primary responsibility of the Fund Analyst Assistant is to generate fund analysis for Intermediary Sales clients and to provide analytical support to Intermediary Sales teams.  The Fund Analyst Assistant will work as a consultant with the Internal Sales Desk on fund solutions and ideas for driving sales in Financial Advisor, Broker Dealer, DC IO and National Accounts sales.
 
Major Responsibilities:
 

Coordinate and manage fund analysis reports by completing production of all analysis projects, including 401k reviews (current and proposed line-ups), mutual fund analysis, competitor reviews, etc. Manage work flow for daily requests and regular quarterly analysis. Log incoming analysis requests and track outstanding analysis and revise project activity as necessary.  Provide win/loss reports regarding analysis activity including assets acquired, where possible.  (70%)
Maintain current knowledge and application of existing software applications used to build fund analysis and accurately and efficiently apply portfolio templates developed.  (20%).
 Maintain current knowledge of American Century’s investment products, fund availability and appropriate share class usage with client requests.  (5%).
Participate in training and assist with special projects and task forces.  (5%).
